Letter from the Editors

February 28, 2022

Dear Readers,

Can you believe that this is our penultimate issue of UV for the 2021-2022 year? Oh, how time flies! We hope you all had a restful reading week and are enjoying the slightly warmer temperatures. Brighter days are ahead.

In this lovey-dovey issue of UV, you’ll find the pros and cons of dating a law student, reviews of sweet (and savoury) treats, and anonymous confessions. For the cynics—and there are many, we are law students after all—we also have an article about wines for any relationship status. Not your cup of tea? We also explore the Faculty’s amended accessibility policies, a student’s human rights claim against the Faculty, and issues with the Faculty’s approach to students’ mental health.

If you haven’t gotten involved in UV yet, you still have time! Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’d be happy to chat and get your ideas into our last (!) issue of the year. As a reminder, we welcome written and visual submissions from anyone in the legal community.

Good luck with the home stretch, U of T Law!
